High Performance Osteopathy was founded by Dr Tempest Ardley (Osteopath). Tempest graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). Tempest’s interest in Osteopathy started during her early teens as a result of sporting injuries. She is a martial artist (BJJ) with a national title and was previously a ballerina for 14 years. These activities exposed her to various types of injuries which were effectively managed by Osteopaths. The holistic approach implemented is what initially interested her in pursuing this career.
Tempest has a keen interest in sports related injuries as she is a qualified sports trainer and has helped manage a range of common injuries in football, netball and martial arts. However, she also enjoys treating and managing a diverse range of patients.
