Terms and Conditions 

Description of services

High Performance Osteopathy offers a wide range of osteopathic management including, but not limited to manual treatment, education and rehabilitation. 

Initial consults usually include a general health history, diagnostic testing, neurological testing, postural and movement assessments, treatment and management plan. This management plan will detail any relevant referrals, rehabilitation progression and need for return consults. All initial consults are 45 minutes in duration. 

Includes general health history, diagnostic testing, neurological testing, postural and movement assessments, treatment and management plan. 

Return consults often include a general health history, assessment, treatment and management plan. Various techniques can be utilised for during treatment. This can include massage, manipulation, mobilisation, myofascial techniques and taping. All return consults are 30 minutes in duration. 

Price and payment 

Initial consult: $100 

Return consults: $80 

Payment includes cash or VISA/Mastercard. We do not accept American Express. 

Private Health Insurance is accepted

Cancellation 

A reminder for a booked consult will be sent to the patient prior to the appointment and provides a cancellation option. Otherwise, cancellations can be processed through contacting the clinic at 03 4313 2061. A late cancellation fee applies ($50) to patient who fail to contact the clinic regarding cancellations at least 12 hours prior. 

Dispute resolution process

If the patient is unhappy with services provided, please contact High Performance Osteopathy via email (highperformanceosteo@gmail.com) or clinic phone. If further actions required, complaints can be made via AHPRA. 

Return, refund and exchange policy 

No refunds or exchanges available for services. If issues arise, contact High Performance Osteopathy to resolve any issues or complaints. 

Limitation of liability 

Transient side effects can be present with any Osteopathic treatment and any other risks will be discussed prior to treatment. Prior to commencing initial consult, a consent form will be provided and discussed.
